If you want both in a day, the sunrise day trip adds 40 minutes at Red Rock.

This hike is absolutely incredible. It's so great, I did it twice in one trip. Both times I saw new things, took different routes, and learned new things. They do an amazing job of adapting the hike to the abilities of the people in the group.
